Client Onboarding & Identification

1. Scope. These terms govern the client onboarding process of PayBees™ ("the Company") and the submission of the information requested in this form.

2. Regulatory basis. The information you provide is collected to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and related regulation, including identification of the contracting party and establishment of the beneficial owner.

3. Accuracy. You confirm that all information provided is true, accurate and complete, and that you will notify the Company without delay of any change. Providing false information may constitute a criminal offence under Swiss law.

4. Data processing. Your personal data, identification documents and verification results are processed and retained in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) for the purposes of client onboarding, compliance and record-keeping, and are disclosed only where required by law.

5. Verification records. You acknowledge that your acceptance of these terms, together with technical information about your connection and device, is recorded as evidence of consent.

6. No obligation to contract. Submission of this form does not oblige the Company to enter into a business relationship. The Company may decline an application without stating reasons.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland.
